Devotion - May 10, 2020
Our guest devotion today comes from Pastor Scott Marsh.
Here is a little info about him:
I'm serving Coleman Faith UMC in Coleman, MI.
One thing I've missed most because of social distancing:
I’m going to miss helping out as a counselor for "As we Are” Camp” this summer and currently miss being able to visit my family and friends now that I’m closer to them.
I’m a recent grad from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston IL, (Masters of Divinity, Class of 2019), my partner Meagan and I have been married for 5 years this June. We have a dog and two cats. I’m a home brewer and enjoy the scientific experimentation and the connection with my ancestors through this hobby. I heard my calling into ministry while working for the Wesley Foundation of Kalamazoo and now serve as the board chair for CMU Wesley. My favorite verse from is 1st Corinthians 1:26-31.
