Just what I needed to hear this morning. A restless night but calming words and song/chant. Thank you.

Dearest Sari, I agree with Judy, this was what I needed today. Thank you for your vulnerability in sharing with us and for the wisdom that you let speak through you. Your message makes me want to be in the "thin place" with more self-compassion and love. Listening to you speak, I felt the places in myself, that have been trying so hard, soften. And the willow tree, and the morning light, cause my breath to slow and ease. The chant felt like being held in Love. Thank you.
