As you probably know, Holy Week and Easter are a very busy time for your pastors. I normally record my devotionals for all of you on Sunday, but I decided this week that I needed to focus on celebrating Easter. I do still want to give you something to contemplate though so I’ll share with you a thought that was at the center of my sermon yesterday. The resurrection is not just something that happens when we die, but it is something that Jesus is always working in the world. As Christians every day for us is Easter, because every day is a new chance for God to bring transformation and new life into the world. So as you go about your day today, and every day, I invite you to keep your eyes open for where God is working a resurrection around you - from your individual life to the lives of our communities and institutions.
